Performance analysis
Performance is above 100%. More units were produced than the ideal cycle time allows in the operating time, so the inputs may be inconsistent. Check the ideal cycle time, unit count and downtime. The value is shown as calculated, not capped.
These suggestions are general guidance, not a definitive diagnosis.
Sec. 04 — Tool 03
Work out how much to order, when to reorder and what it costs per year for one stocked item.
Correct the highlighted ordering inputs to see EOQ and cost results.
Correct the highlighted replenishment inputs to see safety stock and reorder point.

The standard deviation is larger than average daily demand. A normal distribution fits such demand poorly, so treat this safety stock with caution.
Cost breakdown
Purchase cost of the items is excluded: it does not change with the order quantity. Costs are in the currency you entered.
Supporting calculations
Rounding
Safety stock and reorder point are rounded up to whole units: rounding down would give less protection than the chosen service level. EOQ is rounded to the nearest whole unit; total cost changes very little near the optimum, so a convenient pack size close to the EOQ is fine.

Sec. 05 — Tool 04
Measure how much of your capacity is used, and find the station that limits a serial production line.
Correct the highlighted capacity inputs to see utilization and efficiency.

Actual output is above effective capacity, so efficiency exceeds 100%. The effective capacity or the output figure may be inconsistent; check that both cover the same period. The value is shown as calculated, not capped.

Assumptions
This is a simplified theoretical model. Real lines lose capacity to stoppages, changeovers and variation, so actual throughput will be lower.
